Young Girl tells on Online Predator
A 16-year-old girl told investigators about her online conversations with a 27-year-old man. After sexually explicit conversations the man, Gary M. Layman, requested that the young girl send him photos via email of her private parts. Mr. Layman used the online name of “warhammer_1021.”
He was arrested and charged with a felony of attempt to “seduce, solicit, lure, or entice or attempt to seduce, solicit, lure, or entice a child or another individual believed by the person to be a child, to engage in sexually explicit contact.” Held on $15,000 bail, if convicted he could be facing 5-20 years in prison.
